so i poke my head up from my other projects to scan the blogosphere… and what do i see? Bigots.
yeah i said it… B I G O T S.
I see people making bigoted statements and then i see all the other bigots standing around congratulating the original bigot for being honest enough to show his bigotry in public. Lets all be fucking heroes. lets single out a group of people we dont like, that we know most people disagree with on some level, and call them out. Lemme explain it to you folk out there praising Tim Hardaway for his stupidity.
#1 - Tim is a negro. He may be a rich negro, but he’s still a negro. he couldnt come to Columbia and eat at Maurice’s BBQ because they wouldnt serve him. Maurices BBQ employs blacks but wont serve them. The poor, White Trash rednecks around here laud Maurice for his open war against integration and equality. "its his business!‘ they say. ‘He can serve or not serve whomever he wants!‘ they say.

One can disagree with the lifestyle of homosexuals. you can call them deviants or sinners. But psychopathy isnt a choice - that much is recognized by every civilized nation on earth. People are born deviant. some of them even manage to live normal lives excepting the whole gay thing. thats my view. I dont HATE gay people. How can one hate all Gay people? i dont even know all gay people. Thats impossible and a completely irresponsible thing to say.

i’m sure some very rich people here in SC HATE blacks - which is well within their rights. Word is that Steve Spurrier has issues with blacks. i dont believe that but not because he donates to the United Negro College fund and has black friends. i’ve never seen any evidence that he hates blacks. if he were a bigot, and he admitted as much on TV - would it make him a hero? yeah, prolly to the closet racists and homophobes without the balls to actually lynch a fag, but plenty of mouth here in cyberspace.

talking about ‘Homos’ is like talking to the trailer park boyz around here about Mexicans. Man, they really fucking HATE mexicans. Prior to this Hardaway thing, the easiest way to get a redneck to talk to me during happy hour -as a black guy in a tie - was to mention something about the mexicans serving our drinks. then he’s like ‘Finally, something me and the Monkey in a Suit can agree on.’ Then he goes on a tirade about how they drive a beat up Ford Aerostar from Dallas to Columbia. then they pool their money together and live out of Motel 6’s for about a year. They work anywhere someone will pay them, doing anything someone will pay them to do - thereby undercutting good hard working poor people on unemployment. They do so well that they manage to Western Union half of their pay back home to El Mehico. Then they get together, form a business shelling Tortillas to posh white folks and uppity Negroes banking a mere $4,000 a month. pretty soon, there’s a chain of El Casa’s across the state. they seem to turn over wait staff every 90 days, and the manager speaks for everyone.
so now i got some white boy in my ear talking to me about the fucking wetbacks . call it my racial insecurity, but all i can think about is him having this same conversation with another redneck about the uppity nigger he met at the bar. every time he said wetback or mehicano, i thought nigger. well, lets play a game. take Tim Hardaway’s speech and replace ‘gays’ with any other group on the planet and see how ludicrous it sounds.

No religion in the world makes it OK to hate. Read the doctrine. there is no recognized God that accepts hatred. Hatred is the lowest form of human emotion. Admitting to it doesnt make Killa Crossover a Hero, it makes him ignorant and an asshole. He’s part of the most downtrodden group in human history. his mother land was raped for diamonds and oil. His people have been slaves since before written history. His rights as human being were fully recognized only 40 years ago. Even today, his rights arent guaranteed. How stupid does he look when his people are still fighting for equality on every level and he promotes hatred of another group. The politics of it doesnt matter. The religious aspect doesnt matter. Tim didnt say he disagreed with their lifestyle - i disagree with Paris Hilton’s lifestyle. He said that he HATED - which is a word he did not use accidentally.

or any other demi-god from any other religion i’ve ever heard of. you congratulators should be trying to save Hardaway’s immortal soul rather than congratulating the asshole who said something so stupid and insensitive. or rather, every one of you should take a long hard look at yourselves. go back to your carpet or altar and beg the God(s) of your understanding for forgiveness for failing his test.
